In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey using Microsoft 365 technologies. Your expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) will directly impact the success of our clients and their ability to adopt new technologies effectively. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement OCM strategies that address the unique needs of each client. Your work will not only enhance user adoption but also empower teams to utilize tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to their full potential. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with user research and post-implementation reviews.
  • Ability to proactively respond to internal/external inquiries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in OCM projects applied to Microsoft 365.
  • Proven ability to lead assessments with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivering results and adapting to diverse cultures.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GCC High migration projects is a plus.
  • Preferred credentials include PROSCI Certification or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the OCM Practice Manager and elite team on various projects.
  • Conduct OCM activities including vision discovery and change scope analysis.
  • Develop and implement new offerings related to Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strategize communication and training plans for digital transformation.
  • Educate stakeholders and users to ease the transition.
  • Measure and report the success of change initiatives.
  • Design change management plans using best practices.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align OCM efforts with project objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to create new OCM materials.
