Types correspondence and prepares reports and paperwork Responds to telephone inquiries or directs to proper person; Assists public by directing to proper person or answering inquiry Prepares correspondence and ensures all notifications, filings and related paperwork is properly completed Prepares and distributes mail. Assists co-workers with their duties and assignments. Prepares all paperwork for civil mental health commitments filed under Tex. Health and Safety Code Section 573. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers. This is a Temporary Assignment until the end of March, 2026; there are no benefits included during this period. The position will become permanent with benefits included after this timeframe.
