The Senior Performance Analytics Consultant is responsible for performing quantitative analysis and providing timely, actionable insights regarding activities within the Customer Organization. This role will support and improve business decisions of both Customer Organization and other Commercial teams through data gathering, analysis, cross functional collaboration and strong business acumen. This role will help tell the story of the business and provide ongoing and consistent analysis to Senior Leadership. Will also help develop, train and mentor more junior analysts. Your work will directly support Southwest Airlines’ commitment to connecting people to what’s important in their lives by helping us deliver a reliable, customer-focused, and financially strong airline.
