About The Position

Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical expertise in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems. You will focus on compliance and Kubernetes management, ensuring robust networking, configuration, and deployment across secure environments. This role involves supporting compliance-driven sustainment, documenting technical processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet evolving security needs. Base compensation ranges from $170k to $260k, with a compelling benefits package for qualified candidates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 14 years of systems engineering experience, or 19 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong grasp of Kubernetes networking, deployment, and configuration.
Proven ability to support compliance-driven activities using enterprise tracking and documentation tools.
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Salt, Ansible)
Experience with Rancher
Experience with Helm
Experience with observability tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Grafana.
Security+ (CWIP) certification is a plus.
