Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2-4 years relevant work experience
Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in Long Term Acute Care Hospitals, rehab facilities or behavioral health experience a plus

Responsibilities

Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principles.
Meet with other departments and teams to understand documentation needs and collaborate with leadership to provide documentation to satisfy those needs.
Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and planned solution features and functionality to internal stakeholders.
Document product requirements and user stories by conducting user interviews, visiting clients and non-clients, and engaging internal stakeholders.
Interpret success criteria data and report on solution metrics, key performance indicators, and client adoption, focusing on improving solution outcomes.
Understand the solution roadmap and suggest projects or activities to achieve optimal delivery of the solution.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
