About the position

We are seeking a strong, consumer-focused Senior Product Manager to lead messaging experiences across LTK. This role is pivotal in shaping how Creators communicate with their audience, brands, and LTK, ensuring they can inspire, engage, and convert shoppers effectively. You will focus on developing seamless, impactful messaging solutions that enhance the connection between Creators and their followers while driving engagement and monetization opportunities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to define and execute a product strategy that improves messaging experiences, personalization, and effectiveness. Your work will be instrumental in fostering stronger relationships between Creators and their audiences, ensuring that LTK remains a premier platform for shopping inspiration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of how Creators communicate with their audience, identifying key pain points and opportunities in messaging.
  • Define a messaging strategy and roadmap that enhances Creator-shopper engagement and drives monetization.
  • Optimize the messaging experience, including push notifications, in-app messages, and other communication channels, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of messaging initiatives, set up experiments, and iterate based on insights.
  • Drive product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization to ensure impactful product delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build messaging features that align with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in messaging, personalization, and engagement to bring innovative solutions to LTK.

Requirements

  • 5–6+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years focused on consumer-facing, multi-sided marketplaces.
  • Exceptional prioritization skills, with the ability to design cohesive messaging experiences across multiple stakeholder interactions.
  • Expert at navigating trade-offs and making data-informed decisions, clearly articulating rationale to cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or equivalent platforms to uncover insights and guide product strategy.
  • Proven track record of defining product vision, building strategic roadmaps, and leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization, and optimizing messaging workflows to drive user engagement.
  • Deep customer obsession with a passion for improving user engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
