Join us as a Senior Product Manager on the Catalog team in the Revenue Zone, where you'll be at the center of shaping how customers discover, bundle, and buy Zapier's growing suite of AI and automation products. You'll help define the future of SaaS monetization in the age of AI—tackling some of the industry's toughest challenges: creating seamless purchasing experiences across multiple subscription products, blending usage and outcome-based pricing, and building the foundation for how customers perceive and pay for value. From AI Agents to classic automation, your work will influence how we price, package, and deliver value, whether customers are self-serve or working with Sales. You'll balance the pressure of near-term launches with the need to seed and align long-term strategic thinking, guiding decisions that span billing systems, user experience, and business goals. You'll build win-win relationships with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders and feel energized by working across all levels of the organization to drive alignment, spark innovation, and bring bold ideas to life.

  • Lead the multi-product purchasing strategy for Zapier's AI orchestration platform—designing seamless ways for customers to buy and manage multiple subscriptions while blending usage- and outcome-based pricing models.
  • Own the continuous planning roadmap, driving 0-to-1 initiatives through iterative delivery and A/B testing.
  • Prioritize for impact, and make clear, timely pivots when returns diminish or opportunity costs rise.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product opportunities that balance user needs with financial goals—advancing trust, retention, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Act as an internal consultant to GTM and product teams leveraging our revenue platform—guiding pricing experiments, advising on packaging strategy, and adapting monetization mechanics across the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with engineering to evolve our revenue platform—supporting increasingly complex billing scenarios and improving scalability, functionality, and user experience across both self-serve and sales-led journeys.
  • Drive scope and alignment for key launches—owning impact mapping beyond your direct remit, aligning cross-functional teams, mobilizing resources, and managing expectations under pressure.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of shipping seamless purchasing experiences and launching pricing strategies across product suites, add-ons, and bundles.
  • Experience partnering closely with GTM teams to bring new offerings to market.
  • Ability to take full ownership of your roadmap and operate in the unknown—able to assess what's needed, align teams, and drive work forward.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design, turning different perspectives into well-executed solutions.
  • Experience in engaging directly with users and turning insights into product business cases that improve experience and drive business results.
  • A growth mindset—continuously learning and evolving, including experimenting with AI prototyping.
