Sr. Product Manager - Product Consulting
About The Position
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution across our AI Platform and AI Governance stack, powering mission-critical capabilities such as match scoring, skills intelligence, and AI interviewing. This role is ideal for candidates with consulting background who enjoy translating ambiguous business problems into scalable, compliant AI systems. You will operate at the intersection of AI platform strategy, data quality, model governance, and customer impact, partnering closely with engineering, analytics, legal/compliance, and enterprise customers. You will help shape how AI is built, governed, and trusted—at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting with exposure to AI, data, platform, or digital transformation programs.
- Proven analytical and data science skills, ideally with prior engineering experience
- Experience working with or alongside engineering, data science, or analytics teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Nice To Haves
- MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, fairness, or risk management frameworks is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of AI platforms and products data quality
- Develop and expand key AI products like match score, skills engine, AI interviewing which are core to EF offerings
- Monitor key data metrics with help of annotators and analyst team. Identify opportunities to improve data coverage and quality
- Improving product features through customer feedback sessions and sales feedback
- Work with partners / service providers to take feedback on data quality and align product direction accordingly
- Partner with engineering to develop and launch new features
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the products
- Represent the data quality and AI team at company-wide meetings, events and to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of AI & data
