Candidates based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area will be hired in a hybrid capacity and are expected to work onsite at our Headquarters in Irving, TX a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in ‑ office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities. Current Need: The purpose of the Sr. Product Manager role is to enable, analyze, report on, and track execution of the Specialty generics portfolio strategy, including making data-driven recommendations to optimize portfolio balance and supporting execution of new product launches in the Oncology and Multispecialty clinic channel. The Sr. Product Manager assists the Sr. Director in setting objectives by molecule and manufacturer. This role will monitor portfolio performance to expectations and commitments. Considering market, supply, clinical and financial factors, they will adjust the portfolio to improve performance and/or reduce risk. Launch Execution provides coordination and execution ownership for generic product launches. This role enables launch efficiency and scalability by managing execution of documentation, tracking, preparation, and follow‑through. This role will maintain the core molecule strategies as well as a schedule of product transitions and cost structures. Acting as the primary liaison across multiple internal teams (pricing, sales, purchasing, ClarusOne), they will coordinate timelines and deliverables. The Sr. Product Manager partners closely with Business Development and cross‑functional stakeholders to support launch execution. This role focuses on research, planning, coordination, documentation, tracking, and follow‑through to ensure launch decisions are carried out effectively across internal teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, results oriented, and will be comfortable transitioning between macro-level analysis and detailed execution plans. This role requires an excellent communicator who can build collaborative relationships across a variety of stakeholders. The candidate will be comfortable presenting and supporting their recommendations to senior leaders. Financial acumen and the ability to develop and manipulate models in Excel is essential and prior project management experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, portfolio management, commercialization, pricing, sourcing, or other related roles
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain, purchasing and/or distribution concepts
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Advanced Excel modeling, including scenario analysis
  • Advanced Smartsheet proficiency with the expectation to grow into a subject-matter expert
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, including development and interpretation of reporting that drives insights, highlights risks and opportunities, and supports clear action items and decision‑making
  • Ability to coordinate activities across a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to function in a fast paced, matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance including DIOH, share allocations, margins; communicate variance to the appropriate BDD or internal team
  • Manage portfolio metrics and collaborate with key stakeholders; identify and communicate risks to timelines and deliverables
  • Model and evaluate proposed share re-balances, quarterly market resets, and price advantage opportunities; recommend adjustments
  • Specialty Portfolio cross functional launch execution, market research, governance, risk identification, and delivery of launch strategy. To include new generic and biosimilar launches.
