Workforce Solutions is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Rhythm of the Business (ROB) mechanisms and special projects. The Business Operation’s primary purpose is to transform the organization to drive efficient, high visibility work that maximizes organizational impact. Through the establishment and inspection of structures and mechanisms, we drive impact of product and service management, goal achievement, business change management, communications, and organizational design. As a centralized support across all organization verticals, our initiatives and mechanisms enhance and accelerate time, information, and decision-making efficiency for the organization. Amazon Talent Acquisition - Tech is a horizontal, multi-discipline organization whose mission is to build the best people-forward technology to enable corporate and hourly recruitment for Amazon, globally. We build the intelligent technology products Amazon uses to make the right hiring decisions, every time, while being more equitable and candidate-centric in the end-to-end experience. We accomplish this by using our ability in product and program management, and design/research. Our portfolio of products is global (built mostly on native AWS). Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop mechanisms to measure success and adoption of the initiatives within the business.
  • Lead change management with stakeholders on business operations processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop deep knowledge of business operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as Asana, Permissions, WorkDocs, Wiki, and Quip.
  • Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings, weekly, monthly, quarter business reviews, dashboards and status reports for cross-team coordination and executive update.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team in regular business reviews
  • Engage with product, TPM, and development teams to correct process gaps
