Travelers is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join our Specialty Cyber organization. Responsibilities

  • Own Product Strategy & Roadmaps: You’ll be the driving force behind product direction, working with stakeholders to leverage user insights, data, and emerging tech.
  • Build for the Customer: Conduct market research, user interviews, and gather feedback to ensure we’re delivering real value to our customers.
  • Drive Key Metrics: You’ll define and own business impacting Objectives and Key Results, emphasizing both delivery speed and quality.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Underwriting and Marketing to break down big visions into valuable, deliverable pieces.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Run A/B tests, analyze performance metrics, and iterate relentlessly on product improvements.
  • Foster Innovation: Evangelize the latest AI and data-driven practices, pushing boundaries to create forward-thinking solutions.
  • Champion User Experience: Oversee product enhancements that make the user experience smoother, more intuitive, and more compelling.
  • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, and trade-offs, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, especially in innovative well established product companies or successful startup settings.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Customer focused, always looking for ways to create incredible user experiences.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment—ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiastic about AI, data analytics, and emerging tech, and how they can drive innovation.
  • Skilled collaborator who builds trust and consensus across diverse teams.
  • Ability to influence behaviors of leaders at all levels and without traditional hierarchy.
  • Foster an environment where individuals thrive as empowered and equal members of a team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continually improve, share learning with others and encourage team development.
