Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences (CX) by helping vehicle owners with a dynamic, personalized web experience.
  • Focus on delivering business value to drive upsell and cross-sell of vehicle software, services, and accessories.
  • Improve efficiency, increase retention, and enhance customer satisfaction through the production of quality digital products.
  • Create a seamless and engaging web experience that anticipates and meets the unique needs of each customer.
  • Leverage data and insights to ensure that every interaction is tailored to provide value, build trust, and foster long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with teams of developers, designers, and business partners to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Support in-depth business reviews and communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Support cross-functional product teams and work at both strategic and tactical levels.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, particularly in digital products.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
