The Role Champion the customer experience across web and mobile by upholding design system standards, ensuring accessibility and performance, and driving consistency across journeys and channels. Collaborate with Business Owners, Software Engineering, Design, Legal/Compliance, and Data Science Teams to define the product roadmap, feature/functionality development, use cases, and market opportunities. Manage delivery of digital products concurrently with future product planning. Manage the execution of initiatives from discovery/ideation through launch author clear problem statements and Business Requirements Documents, define scope and success criteria, and set/align expectations with stakeholders. Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization goals. Create success measurements linked to P&Ls and user experience, set goal targets for these measurements, and are responsible for communication and reporting.
