Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering successful products
  • Strong product strategy and roadmap ownership experience
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, PostHog, or Aha

  • Passion for cooperative principles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Shape the Vision Define and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with long-term company goals
  • Identify market opportunities through customer insights and competitive analysis
  • Drive innovation across new features, enhancements, and product launches
  • Lead Execution Own and prioritize the product roadmap
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver successful launches
  • Establish clear goals (OKRs) and measure outcomes
  • Inspire & Develop Talent Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers
  • Foster collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Support team growth through coaching and performance development
  • Drive Smart Decisions Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to guide product direction
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to retirement
