Within Devices & Services, we are reinventing the Alexa customer experience by creating the next-generation of AI-based technology that will radically change how people live and work. At the center of that transformation is Alexa+, the new Alexa experience that is smarter, more capable, and more conversational. Our Alexa & Echo Go-to-Market team leads the launch strategy for Alexa+, including the positioning, messaging strategy, and rollout motion. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team that includes product, finance, PR, site merchandising, and creative design to define, develop, and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive awareness and maximize conversion of Alexa+ globally. The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of plans, to the brass tacks of execution. She or he will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the company. You must have the ability to quickly formulate plans that are deeply backed by data and execute across many work functions simultaneously.
