This role involves leading product marketing for the DEM product line, focusing on real-user experience, network path analysis, application responsiveness, and endpoint diagnostics. The successful candidate will develop differentiated positioning and messaging that connects digital performance to business outcomes for network operations, service desk, and security audiences. They will also translate technical features into compelling customer value, define buyer and user personas, and partner with product, engineering, and sales to drive go-to-market readiness.
