In this highly impactful individual contributor role, you will have the opportunity to define, position, and bring products to market. Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, you'll shape how products are understood and valued by the market. Your strategies will drive product adoption and revenue impact through innovative methods, allowing you to significantly influence the growth trajectory of our partner's offerings in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption through product-led and lifecycle strategies.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and growth hacking techniques.
  • Experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for complex products.
  • Strong analytical skills using data and insights to inform strategy.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Comfort operating with high ownership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner daily with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams on product adoption and messaging.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches with a focus on product-led adoption and monetization.
  • Drive feature adoption and revenue impact via in-product messaging and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Own positioning and messaging for core products and features across the platform.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Apply growth hacking principles: rapid testing, hypothesis-driven experimentation.
  • Enable Sales with narratives, competitive positioning, and launch materials.
  • Conduct and synthesize customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Define success metrics for launches and iterate based on performance.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
