This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. As a Production Software Engineer for Oracle Health, your role is to provide client-facing technical investigation and issue resolution for your assigned software products. You will be responsible for analyzing client-reported technical issues within a large, mature code base in collaboration with other Production Software Engineers, our aligned Technical Solution Analyst team, IP development engineers, the Product Management team, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting and debugging software applications in Java or C#, is comfortable navigating Linux servers through the command line, and has basic familiarity with SQL databases. Experience using Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio and Splunk is strongly preferred, especially in the context of client-facing technical support. Requirements
