About The Position
As a Sr. Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic programs within the microelectronics defense and space sector. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs. You will report directly to our Director of Program Management, and you will work out of our Plymouth, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact program success, strategic alignment, efficiency, risk management, resource allocation, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-program collaboration. You are instrumental in ensuring that programs drive the organization's success, contribute to its competitiveness, and support its long-term strategic objectives.
