Requirements

  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in program management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, strategic programs that drive business value.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices, with proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, build strong relationships, and navigate complex business environments.
  • Adaptable and Strategic: Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.
  • Analytical Mindset: A strategic thinker with the capability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and support informed decision-making.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance or program management.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services (investment, banking, insurance, FinTech) is highly preferred.
  • AI Proficiency: Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications, with the ability to identify opportunities for integrating AI solutions into daily operations to enhance efficiency and drive informed business decisions.
  • Certification: PMP certification is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key point of contact among stakeholders, including product, engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and client services, to ensure alignment on business objectives and effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strategic Initiative Leadership: Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, managing multiple programs to ensure they align with organizational goals, delivered on time, and remain within budget.
  • Implementation Planning: Develop and monitor implementation plans that track progress against defined business goals, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, addressing potential risks or issues swiftly to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • High-Level Engagement: Conduct strategic meetings with stakeholders to review project statuses, address concerns, obtain feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
