Your day to day as a SR Programs Coordinator As the Seasonal SR Programs Coordinator at SwimRVA, you'll be at the heart of our Swim School programs, ensuring smooth deck coordination and exceptional swim instruction. You'll oversee daily operations, expertly demonstrating teaching modalities while guiding our talented coaches using SwimRVA metrics and development tools. Your role is vital in maintaining lesson quality, shaping enthusiastic swimmers of all ages. With a focus on staff training and development, you'll uplift our Swim School coaches, fostering their growth while enhancing our programming impact. Are you the SR Programs Coordinator we're looking for? To thrive as a Seasonal SR Programs Coordinator at SwimRVA, you'll need a unique blend of skills and a passion for aquatics. First and foremost, you'll want to relate well with individuals of all ages, from enthusiastic toddlers to dedicated adults. A genuine love for teaching and water is essential, as is a desire to grow professionally in the field of aquatics. A college degree or equivalent experience preferred, along with certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid from the American Red Cross, are required to ensure safety in all aspects of programming. Experience in swimming is preferred, along with exceptional customer service skills to engage and support our SwimRVA family. An ability to thrive in high-stress situations while utilizing critical thinking will ensure that you lead with confidence and poise.
