Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in engineering project management.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Solid knowledge of GMP and FDA/EMA regulations.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaborator management.
  • Proficiency in financial oversight and budget management.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution & Governance: Lead end-to-end tech transfer processes and ensure readiness for commercial manufacturing.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Translate long-term operational goals into executable project plans; manage dependencies and resource constraints.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Drive alignment across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory to meet achievements.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks early; develop mitigation and contingency plans to keep programs on track.
  • Collaborator Communication: Deliver updates, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership and project collaborators.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, including capital expenditures, cost avoidance strategies, and financial tracking.
  • Quality & Compliance: Guarantee alignment with GMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and internal policies in all program activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead operational excellence projects to increase capacity, reduce cycle time, and eliminate waste.
