Senior Project Manager (Enterprise / In‑House Creative Agency) Role Overview The Senior Project Manager is a delivery leader within the in‑house creative agency, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex creative and marketing initiatives across multiple teams and workstreams. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise priorities, brand standards, and operational processes. Operating as a key partner to Client Engagement, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams, the Senior Project Manager brings rigor, structure, and foresight to the work—balancing speed and quality while navigating the realities of a matrixed, enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership Lead the end‑to‑end management of complex, multi‑workstream projects from intake through delivery Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones Ensure alignment across creative, strategy, production, media, and external partners as needed Anticipate risks, manage trade‑offs, and proactively resolve issues to keep work moving forward Intake, Scope & Prioritization Partner with Client Engagement and agency leadership to assess incoming requests and define scope Translate approved briefs into executable project plans with clear deliverables and success criteria Manage scope changes, documenting impacts to timelines, resources, and effort Support prioritization decisions in high‑volume or high‑demand environments Resource & Workflow Management Coordinate resource allocation across internal teams and suppliers to support project needs Balance capacity across concurrent initiatives while minimizing bottlenecks and burnout Partner with functional leads to ensure the right skills are applied at the right time Financial & Operational Management Track project budgets, effort, and burn against approved plans Support estimates, forecasting, and reporting for assigned initiatives Ensure projects adhere to enterprise governance, financial controls, and documentation standards Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Lead project status meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans Act as a steady escalation point for delivery‑related challenges Process & Continuous Improvement Apply and evolve project management best practices, tools, and templates Identify opportunities to improve workflows, intake processes, and delivery efficiency Mentor junior project managers and coordinators, reinforcing standards and consistency Qualifications Required 6–10+ years of experience in project management within a creative agency, in‑house studio, or enterprise marketing environment Proven success managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders Strong command of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast‑paced enterprise environment Preferred Experience supporting brand, marketing, communications, or integrated campaign work Familiarity with enterprise intake models, prioritization frameworks, and governance processes PMP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent certification What Success Looks Like Projects are delivered predictably, on time, and within scope Stakeholders have confidence in timelines, dependencies, and decision‑making Creative teams are protected from chaos through strong planning and clear direction Risks and issues are surfaced early and managed effectively Delivery operations scale efficiently as demand grows Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,900 - $178,100. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
