About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will p rovide effective leadership and management to projects.

Requirements

Bachelors degree and 10 years experience. Degree can be substituted for 15+ years experience.
Experience on greater than $50M complex, both horizontal and vertical construction, phased and partially occupied projects.
Expert knowledge of the planning and budgeting and design process, including all phases from strategic operational/logistical planning/budgeting, procurement strategy and implementation, end user, project team and public communications and close out.
Must possess a active/current Secret clearance or above.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; submit examples of written reports, correspondence, if requested.
Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, design, engineering issues, brief clients and management personnel; submit examples, if requested.
Ability to compute construction costs for changes, scope(s) of work; submit examples of material take offs, with corresponding scope of work narratives and negotiated final equitable contract adjustments for the work submitted, if requested.
Must have a CCM or PMP certification
