About The Position

Seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager that can be responsible for planning, leading and executing complex cross-functional projects to supply chain transformation initiatives within the Intuitive Business Applications. This role will require the individual to have domain exposure within the supply chain (Deliver/Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement). Knowledge of SAP ERP and advanced planning applications will be beneficial The position is responsible for managing timelines and execution of IT projects. Projects will span across a broad range from ideation, evaluation to implementation of new software systems, scale up for product launches, system upgrades & facility expansions. Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated Supply Chain Planning program/project timelines and governance for all assigned programs/projects.

Requirements

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a MUST
  • Over 7 to 10 years of experience working across business and IT with strong project delivery experience, in key SAP Lead roles as Project or Delivery Manager
  • Experienced in managing partnerships with third-party system integrators, SAP Services, and other service providers in a project implementation.
  • MS Office and JIRA
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment
  • Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once
  • Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading major cross-functional projects in Manufacturing Operations
  • BS or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Scrum Master (CSM) desired
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 & Advanced Planning applications is desired
  • Medical device experience is a plus
  • Experience with supervising people desired

Responsibilities

  • Gain cross-functional alignment on strategies, goals, resources, and timelines. Cross-functional teams include Finance, Manufacturing & Operations, Infrastructure, Product Quality, Regulatory & Compliance, Field Service, and other Business Units.
  • Partner with business PM to organize and lead core team and executive steering committee meetings incl., status reports to the project sponsor and steering committee.
  • Drive resolution of constraints, conflicts and other challenges that could impact timely and successful execution of projects.
  • Provide clear communication to the organization on project status, critical path, as well as potential areas of risk. Create & manage project plan and assign tasks to team members.
  • Manage (including ensuring the quality of) project deliverables in line with the project plan:
  • Kick Off Presentation
  • Detailed Project Schedule in MS Project/Smartsheet
  • Project Budget vs. Actuals
  • Business Blueprint
  • Test Plan
  • Training Plan
  • Organization Change Management engagement – stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training material and end user training, solution adoption.
  • Record, manage project issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring resolution on a timely basis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal business and quality system requirements and to external regulatory standards.
