Works under minimal direction to plan, coordinate, perform, and supervise performance of professional level medical or scientific research assignment related to particular or specialized field of endeavor. The ideal candidate has expertise in Sanger sequencing, microsatellite genotyping, assay development, laboratory automation, and core facility operations, with a strong track record of designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex workflows. This role requires hands-on experience managing advanced instrumentation, training and mentoring personnel, and working collaboratively with investigators to support high-quality, reproducible research.
