As a Sr. Salesforce Admin, you’ll be responsible for being an expert in identifying and implementing custom and out-of-the-box functionality provided by the Salesforce application. The Salesforce Sr. Admin will work closely with the supported functional areas, Agile Product Team, and Salesforce development team to recommend and implement the most cost-effective and sustainable Salesforce configurations as possible. This person will have diverse responsibilities focused on Salesforce capabilities, Salesforce application cycles, custom business processes, and user communications. This key functional resource will help identify configuration (declarative) or customization (programmatic) needs, including creation of Agile business requirement documentation. The Sr. Admin will work closely with other ‘leads’ on the assigned project(s) to best leverage Salesforce capabilities, perform higher level configuration, and mentor users on this configuration of Salesforce. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Requirements

  • 4+ years of Salesforce Admin experience
  • An advanced Admin Certification
  • Comfort working in an Agile work environment
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven to be comfortable in a matrix team environment/team player
  • Proven to be a problem Solver/Ability to raise and address issues and provide potential solutions independently and with different levels of leadership
  • Proven ability to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to probe for actual requirements and desired outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
  • Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
