We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to be the Subject Matter Expert for our ServiceNow platform serving our growing 2,000-person organization. This role is 70-80% hands-on development and configuration, with the remainder focused on solution design and business analysis. You’ll partner with IT leadership on platform strategy while being responsible for all technical implementation. Following our recent implementation of ITSM and HRSD modules, you’ll be working to stabilize and optimize our environment for performance, usability, and maintainability. You'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and personally develop and configure all platform changes. You’ll be writing code, building workflows, and implementing solutions yourself while collaborating with IT leadership on platform direction. As our ServiceNow environment matures and expands, there is opportunity for this role to grow into greater platform ownership and leadership responsibilities, potentially including team building as we scale our ServiceNow capabilities.
