This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the ServiceNow tech stack, particularly with Service Portals.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including designing, creating, and configuring scoped applications.
  • 5+ years of additional business or IT experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional services organization or as a consultant.
  • 5+ years of experience in Scripting/Coding, with a strong preference for JavaScript.
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including direct interaction with customers and clients.
  • Ability to design and build applications that effectively meet business goals and objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scoped Applications development in ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.).
  • A career professional within the field, considered highly skilled and proficient in your discipline.
  • Ability to conduct complex and important work under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for independent judgment.
