About the Role We are seeking highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to contribute to a cross-functional team building transformative AI agents for HR & Finance. This role is crucial in implementing tooling strategies, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring our AI-driven solutions integrate effectively within the Workday stack. Your technical contributions and team-first attitude will play a key role in delivering high-impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years experience with a web development framework (Python preferred: Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
• 5+ years with a Relational DB (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

• AI Experience is a plus
• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with the tradeoffs and architecture of modern distributed systems
• Knowledge of software development best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability)
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch
• Experience working within fast-paced, agile environments and multi-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating complex problems into clear, thoughtful solutions

• Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver AI-powered agents that integrate deeply into HR and Financial workflows, accelerating intelligent decision making.
