About The Position

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Software Engineer to join our VAS Innovation team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in developing cutting-edge solutions, leveraging innovative technologies, and enhancing the capabilities of our Value-Added Services (VAS) platform. You will be tasked to quickly grasp and evaluate new ideas and technologies from both internal and external sources and match them appropriately with emerging technology and business opportunities, building a culture of innovation and a drive for excellence.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in one or more general development languages (e.g., Java, Python, NodeJS, C#, C++).
• Experience building and deploying modern services and web applications with quality and scalability.
• Strong in multi-threading, concurrency, error handling.
• Experience with Generative AI, Conversational AI, RAG systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, Cassandra.
• Knowledge of OAuth2.0, SSO, certificate management.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years with Bachelor's, or 2+ years with Advanced Degree (MS, MBA, etc.).
• 5+ years in software engineering or 2+ years with technical Master's/PhD.
• Experience with large datasets and cloud infrastructure.
• Payments/fintech industry experience.

• Continuously assess and improve technology stacks, development processes, and methodologies to enhance productivity, quality, and time-to-market.
• Adhere to industry best practices in software development, emphasizing quality, security, performance, scalability, availability, and resilience.
• Implement best engineering practices and automate software development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Support incident management, change, and problem management processes to ensure the high availability and reliability of our services.
