Requirements

10+ years of active Appian experience with deep enterprise-wide knowledge.
Hands-on development experience with Appian platform.
Experience in Autoscale techniques and high-volume application design.
Strong understanding of platform security, integrations, and API development.
Experience in AI Modeling and effective use of Appian AI capabilities.
Ability to operate in a HIPAA-regulated environment, adhering to compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance enterprise software solutions using Appian technologies, including process models and reusable components.
Apply expertise in platform configuration and security models to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and support Appian integrations utilizing RESTful services and APIs.
Contribute to workflow and case management solutions across multiple initiatives.
Evaluate and implement platform features to improve efficiency and performance.
Provide technical guidance on Appian best practices and ensure alignment with engineering standards.
