Requirements

  • Education background in Engineering or Software
  • Strong experience in software development for sophisticated systems.'
  • Experience leading a sophisticated software product from conception to delivery.
  • Validated ability to solve deep technical problems across software, hardware, and system boundaries.
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross‑disciplinary teams (systems, hardware, applications, marketing).
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced R&D environments where priorities evolve.
  • Systems‑level approach: understanding how software, hardware, and physics fit together.
  • Interest or background in physics, optics, electron beam systems, or related fields.
  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of ground breaking EBeam tool software.
  • Drive multi-functional planning, execution, tracking, and course correction.
  • Take on sophisticated software and system‑level challenges with creativity and persistence.
  • Work with applications engineers and marketing to define feature requirements and priorities.
  • Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to optimize software‑hardware interactions.
  • Think beyond software—propose comprehensive, system‑level solutions.
  • Bring curiosity and interest in physics, optics, and how electrons shape the world.
