Sr. Solution Manager will be responsible for achieving company objectives by working closely with various teams within the organization. The Sr. Solution Manager will operate from a high level, broad-scale collaborative to create leveraged outcome based successes with vested customers. The Sr. Solution Manager will serve as the field subject matter expert on Supermicro products and how products can positively impact our organizations revenue and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI PC, PC Graphic, Desktop, and e-commerce system solutions and architecture preferably in PC products.
  • Demonstrated track record of impactful innovation and industry thought leadership
  • Provide product trainings to internal teams, sales teams and customers
  • Provide 3rd level customer support to both internal and external as needed
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design AI PC graphics, Desktop, e-commerce, hardware and software system design to influence and win enterprise customer decision on RFI, and RFP
  • Assist sales and help to approve customer configurations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Supermicro Rackmount solutions and products to customers on site, through remote webinars and in special events
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in cloud and hybrid-cloud computing with state-of-the-art technologies; thereby becoming a trusted advisor to influential decision makers
  • Provide product trainings to internal teams, sales teams and customers
  • Provide 3rd level customer support to both internal and external as needed
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design data center IT solution proposals to influence and win enterprise customer decision on RFI, and RFP
  • Assist sales and help to approve customer configurations
