About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Solution Engineer to support our High Tech & Media vertical within T-Mobile for Business. This role is responsible for leading technical pre-sales engagements with strategic and enterprise customers, driving innovative wireless and wireline solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, consultative selling expertise, and a passion for technology to influence outcomes and accelerate digital transformation for our clients. This Sr SE will partner closely with sales teams, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to architect scalable, value-driven solutions tailored to the unique needs of high-growth media and tech customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years - Related Work Experience
  • Technical Leadership (Required)
  • Communication Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
  • Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations (Required)
  • Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)
  • Strategic Leadership Ability to provide strategic direction (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within Strategic and Large Enterprise accounts by partnering with Business Sales to position, sell, and expand T-Mobile for Business solutions across complex customer environments
  • Lead executive-level customer engagements, discovery sessions, and QBRs to uncover business challenges, qualify opportunities, and align technical solutions to customer outcomes and buying priorities
  • Architect and present end-to-end wireless, alternative coverage, and partner solutions that remove technical barriers, differentiate T-Mobile, and accelerate deal progression and close velocity
  • Own technical strategy throughout the sales cycle, including RFP responses, POCs, coverage analysis, and solution documentation, while engaging specialists to support high-value and non-core opportunities
  • Strengthen long-term account value by supporting post-sale success, managing escalations, and identifying expansion, renewal, and upsell opportunities through ongoing customer engagement
  • Enable sustained sales performance by delivering technical thought leadership, supporting industry-specific initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to influence roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
