The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 US Dollars per year Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. In this high-impact role, you will drive growth across regional markets by identifying and capturing new business opportunities within Ansell’s Hand and Body Protection portfolio. You will work across both direct and indirect sales models, building strong distributor partnerships and engaging directly with end users to expand market presence and deliver strategic growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Experience within protective clothing, safety equipment, or highly regulated industrial solutions strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets across diverse markets
  • Experience building new business in specialist or regulated markets and creating compelling value propositions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted regional markets within the chemical protective clothing and safety portfolio
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and high-growth segments
  • Develop and manage strong distributor partnerships, particularly in markets where relationships are being newly established
  • Engage directly with end users to understand application needs, conduct product demonstrations, support training, and drive specification of Ansell solutions
  • Identify tenders and buying cycles in advance to position Ansell strategically
  • Generate leads through industry networking, trade shows, targeted outreach, and Ansell-sponsored events
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and value-driven presentations to distributors and end users
  • Develop deep product expertise to effectively communicate features, benefits, and application value
  • Train distributors and end users on new product launches and portfolio updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and regional teams to execute growth strategies
  • Track and report on KPIs and business development metrics to optimize performance and forecasting
  • Navigate cultural nuances across international markets to effectively communicate, influence, and negotiate
  • Travel up to 25% internationally to support market expansion and customer engagement
