About The Position

The Sr. Specialist, IT Integration Development position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing secure, scalable and efficient integration solutions between multiple Road Scholar internal applications, such as ERP / CRM systems, web-centric systems, and external applications and services. Road Scholar offers a remote work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $117,000 - $130,000 based on experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with 5+ years of progressive technical experience.
• Development experience is a must, JavaScript, Java/Groovy, or any programming language.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, WSDL, XSD, JSON.
• Extensive knowledge of secure web-integration architecture.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment to manage competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and deliver high quality materials.

Nice To Haves

• Integration experience with Dell Boomi, WebMethods, or a similar platform is highly preferred.
• Salesforce integration and Azure development (serverless functions, etc) is a plus.
• Experience with SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains code for integrations and web services.
• Provides support and maintenance for integration packages and code.
• Interacts with development team to ensure quality standards are adhered to during development and implementation.
• Ensures exceptional quality of deliverables, including technical design, implementation, testing, and compliance, and is accountable for performance and efficiency of solutions.
