Duties: Perform advanced development, support and implementation of complex systems using specialized domain knowledge and highly developed business expertise. Leads large projects and programs. Evaluate business and software industry trends and suggests improvements to processes, products and services. Support smart processing & estates releases in production environment. Incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, Tooling and Automation. DR planning and Execution, Password Rotation, Certificate management, Capacity management. Server Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems. Schedule jobs, set up alerts and monitor the applications. CI/CD/CV framework, maintenance, and execution. Assist in analyzing application configuration management issues in production and test (non-production) environments. Develop and maintain configuration and release scripts. Provide release planning services and installation script development for new applications where necessary. Develop automated build jobs using continuous integration platforms such as Bamboo. Develop and improve automated deployment jobs using common scripting languages. Develop and improve and deploy source code branching methodologies and associated automation. Develop and improve release process improvements and update release standards documentation.

  • Maintain CI/CD/CV framework.
  • Analyze application configuration management issues.
  • Develop and maintain configuration and release scripts.
  • Provide release planning services and installation script development.
  • Develop automated build jobs using continuous integration platforms.
  • Improve automated deployment jobs using scripting languages.
  • Enhance source code branching methodologies and automation.
  • Update release standards documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any), or a related field.
  • 60 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation.
  • 36 months of experience in DevOps R&R including Jira and Atlassian.
  • Experience in CICD and Automation including Harness, Bamboo, Nexus, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
  • Experience in Incident Management including 8D, PBI, or RCA.
  • Experience in process improvements and automation.
  • Experience in release management (Remedy).
  • Experience in alerting and monitoring including Splunk, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes.
  • Experience in cloud computing solutions (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
