In addition, the Sr. State Manager drives high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives and milestones that influence countrywide product strategy. This position requires advanced expertise in product development, pricing, underwriting appetite, and distribution strategy, with a focus on delivering top and bottom-line performance aligned to enterprise goals. The role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration to ensure profitability, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance across diverse markets.
