About The Position

The Sr. Strategic Account Manager combines strategic and technical marketing expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with Bluetent’s key clients, ensuring their long term success and growth with Inhabit. This role focuses on optimizing digital marketing and distribution strategies and collaborating with enterprise clients at the executive-level. The Strategic Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their performance through data-driven insights and innovative marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or strategic consulting, preferably within the vacation rental, hospitality, or travel technology industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, direct booking strategies, and digital distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Proactive problem solver with a client-first mindset and a passion for driving business success.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing analytics tools to manage client relationships and track success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise and priority clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate all functional marketing team members (SEO, Pain Ads, Content, Email) to ensure alignment on strategy, goals, and KPIs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews to assess performance, provide recommendations, and align on future initiatives.
  • Proactively address technical client concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track key account performance metrics via GA4 and other marketing performance reporting tools, ensuring clients are achieving their goals.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations based on analytics, industry benchmarks, and emerging market trends.
  • Execute technical adjustments or updates in accordance with client requests or needs Assist clients in leveraging technology and marketing tools to increase direct bookings and optimize revenue.
  • Strategic Growth & Revenue Optimization Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Bluetent’s suite of services, including digital marketing, website solutions, and distribution strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to tailor solutions that drive measurable results for clients.
  • Analyze client data and industry trends to provide strategic insights and maximize ROI on digital marketing and distribution efforts.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs internally to help shape product development and service enhancements.
