Department Overview Blue Eye, a Motorola Solutions company, is a leading provider of innovative remote video monitoring (RVM) solutions within the physical security industry. Our technology-enabled services help organizations protect people, property, and profits through real-time detection, verification, and intervention. RVM is one of the fastest-growing segments of the physical security market, and Blue Eye is at the forefront of that growth. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Blue Eye operates nationally and plays a strategic role within Motorola Solutions’ broader security ecosystem. A core priority for the business is enabling and activating Motorola Solutions’ extensive dealer, integrator, and reseller network to successfully sell, deploy, and scale RVM solutions. To support this growth, we are expanding our partnerships leadership team and seeking an experienced Director of Partnerships to work alongside our existing Director of Partnerships. Job Description As a Sr. Strategic Sales Partnerships Development, you will operate as a senior, hands-on individual contributor responsible for driving revenue growth through partner enablement, activation, and performance, particularly across Motorola Solutions’ existing dealer and integrator base. This role is not primarily focused on sourcing net-new partners. Instead, it is centered on turning existing channel relationships into productive, repeatable revenue engines through structured sales enablement, disciplined operating cadence, and close alignment with Motorola Solutions stakeholders. You will work as a peer to the existing Director of Partnerships, jointly owning partner strategy and execution while maintaining clear domains of focus. Success in this role requires deep experience in channel sales, strong executive presence with partners, and the ability to translate strategy into repeatable field execution.
