About The Position

Lead Technical Execution Across Mission-Critical Projects Play a key role in leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technical initiatives that drive program and customer success. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will guide task execution across complex technical efforts, provide technical direction to team members, and ensure deliverables are completed with sound judgment and precision. Your expertise will directly support project objectives and ensure reliable delivery of products and services.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in applicable technologies, tools, or methodologies to implement appropriate technical or functional solutions
• Proven ability to apply exemplar techniques to achieve results
• Strong technical and functional judgment to ensure successful completion of deliverables
• Track record of providing thorough solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
• Experience: Developing and applying advanced concepts, theories, and principles typically acquired after 10 + years of experience in a nearly identical role and/or through formal training, certification, or education in the specialty.
• Clearance: Must have an Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of groups of tasks associated with one or more technical projects or functions
• Prioritize tasks and manage schedules to ensure successful delivery of assigned work
• Provide technical and functional direction to other team members
• Work closely with customers, technical teams, functional teams, product teams, and customer support teams to support smooth and reliable delivery of products or services
• Contribute to important team, customer, project, program, or functional objectives
• Perform customer demonstrations when required
