About The Position
As a Sr. Systems Administrator - Manhattan Active WM/TM you will leverage your expertise in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active to optimize supply chain solutions. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to apply domain knowledge in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics contributing to innovative solutions in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement supply chain solutions using Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Provide expert guidance on system configuration and customization to meet client-specific needs. Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionalities to ensure seamless integration and performance. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes configurations and user guides to support ongoing operations. Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve system capabilities and user experience. Facilitate training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of system features and functionalities. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security and compliance with industry standards. Apply domain knowledge in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget constraints. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance system capabilities and drive business growth. Contribute to the company’s purpose by delivering solutions that improve supply chain efficiency and impact society positively. Work model: Hybrid
Requirements
- Possess extensive experience in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active demonstrating technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work to meet project demands.
- Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
