Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance
- 8+ years of systems engineering experience, including leadership on large-scale programs
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence technical direction at executive levels
- Clear, persuasive communication tailored to both technical and business audiences, including both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities for senior engineering teams
- Familiarity with the systems engineering design process
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-461/464
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) electronics
- Experience with satellite link performance
- Experience with RF network and spectrum analyzers
- Basic understanding of RF antenna design concepts
