Sr. Systems Engineer - THAAD FMS

This position directly supports the Missile Defense Agency staff in the office of Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD).
Requirements
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have at least a Master of Science in a STEM related field.
- Must have an active Top-Secret clearance.
- The candidate must have 12 or more years of related experience in Missile Defense or large Acquisition program.
- Demonstrated Experience in Aerospace Industry through large projects, Radars, Missiles, Rockets, Spacecraft, or Aircraft.
- Experience leading a collaborative team is required, including a dispersed team of Government, Contractors, and Prime Developers.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience briefing CEO and/or General Officer level.
Nice To Haves
- MDA Experience is desired.
- A fundamental understanding of Missile Defense program office activities is a plus.
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience is desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide systems engineering, technical analysis and guidance to multiple stakeholders, external organizations and international partners.
- Identify deficiencies for Engineering Technical Reviews; develop courses of action and recommend mitigations for resolution.
- Lead Working Groups during the absence of Civilian or Military Chairs.
- Lead Technical Interchange Meetings across multiple technical disciplines and time-zones.
