JOB SUMMARY – To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Sr TA Business Partner will work with business leaders to develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies focused on full-cycle recruitment; including sourcing, candidate development, hiring manager consultation, interviewing and offer extension/negotiation. Responsible for developing and implementing recruiting initiatives that build bench strength, reduce turnover and ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
