THE ROLE As a Technical Program Manager for Hyperscale Operations, you will be the strategic glue between hardware engineering and global manufacturing, driving the production readiness of storage solutions that power massive cloud infrastructures. Your mission is to transform complex technical designs into scalable, high-quality products by leading cross-functional teams through the critical journey from qualification to volume ramp. You will bridge the gap between technical constraints and operational excellence, ensuring our hyperscale partners receive world-class technology on an aggressive global schedule.

Requirements

Technical Program Leadership: Proven ability to navigate the complexities of hardware lifecycles—specifically within storage, server, or large-scale data center environments—from initial qualification through global distribution.
Engineering Depth: A strong technical foundation in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field that allows you to engage deeply with hardware engineers and translate technical requirements into operational execution.
Influence and Collaboration: Mastery in leading without formal authority, with the communication clarity and executive presence required to align diverse global teams and external manufacturing partners.
Operational Rigor: Deep expertise in managing risk and resolving multi-dimensional issues within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, ensuring project velocity never compromises product quality.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate Global Product Launches: Own the end-to-end delivery of hardware programs by synchronizing engineering milestones with manufacturing readiness to ensure seamless transitions from design to high-volume production.
Manage Strategic Partner Performance: Drive accountability with system integrators and contract manufacturers to hit aggressive cost, quality, and schedule targets, directly impacting the company’s ability to meet hyperscale market demands.
Mitigate Technical and Operational Risk: Identify architectural bottlenecks and supply chain dependencies early in the lifecycle, implementing proactive recovery plans to safeguard program timelines and product integrity.
Synthesize Executive Intelligence: Translate complex technical trade-offs and program health metrics into actionable insights for senior leadership, enabling rapid decision-making in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Optimize Execution Frameworks: Design and refine cross-functional workflows and scaling tools that reduce time-to-market and improve the predictability of large-scale hardware deployments.
