About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Technical Program Manager to join our PMO team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple complex, cross-functional programs that support our technology and operational initiatives. This position will partner closely with business leaders, engineering teams, and technical stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver programs that drive business outcomes across a manufacturing-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in program and project management, including delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, hardware, or operationally intensive environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale programs involving technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Solid understanding of structured project and program management methodologies.
  • Ability to develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and deliver results in dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, Engineering, Project Management).
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Leadership Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, priorities, and objectives.
  • Provide end-to-end ownership across multiple initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Project & Program Management Initiate programs by defining objectives, establishing project charters, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute program plans, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track progress, manage risks and issues, implement corrective actions, and formalize project acceptance and transitions.
  • Requirements & Delivery Management Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and manage current and future-state requirements.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly translated into executable plans and aligned with technical and operational constraints.
  • Technical Program Execution Lead or actively support complex technical initiatives involving systems, platforms, infrastructure, and/or hardware-related programs.
  • Coordinate across engineering, operations, IT, and external partners to ensure successful integration and delivery.
  • Budget & Resource Management Manage program and project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial and delivery objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted partner, facilitating alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution.
  • Reporting & Metrics Develop and deliver clear, concise status reports and presentations that communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and other metrics to measure program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Change Management Apply change management principles to support adoption of new processes, systems, or capabilities.
  • Proactively identify potential resistance and support smooth transitions during program rollouts.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation Contribute to continuous improvement of program management practices, operational processes, and documentation standards.
  • Promote consistency, efficiency, and best practices across initiatives.
  • Tools & Ways of Working Utilize project and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) to manage backlogs, track execution, and support Agile or hybrid delivery models as appropriate.
  • Proactive Problem Solving Demonstrate a self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Hardware & Manufacturing Exposure Exposure to programs supporting hardware development, manufacturing operations, or supply chain–adjacent initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, or external partners.
  • Familiarity with program execution in environments involving physical products, production lifecycles, or operational constraints.
  • Understanding of how technology initiatives intersect with manufacturing processes, factory systems, or hardware-related workflows.
  • Experience managing dependencies across software, systems, and hardware teams in complex delivery environments.
