Drive Execution: Partner with stakeholders to define, scope, and deliver technical initiatives that span multiple teams within the Connected Vehicle organization. Stakeholder Alignment: Actively engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and help achieve alignment on prioritized features, product adoption and fixes. Metrics & Success: Assist in defining and tracking success criteria and performance metrics, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), to ensure program health. Roadmap Management: Execute on roadmaps, project plans, and schedules to ensure we meet customer commitments and product milestones. Agile Leadership: Support and drive modern software development practices, including scrums, backlog grooming, and dependency tracking using tools like Jira. Dependency Management: Coordinate with other divisions at Ford to ensure technical dependencies are identified early and quality standards are maintained. Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice for the customer within the engineering team, using data to help guide decision-making and prioritization. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $113,580-190,500.
