About The Position

The Transportation Manager, under guidance of the Operations Manager, will have ownership of all aspects of School Bus Service (SBI) Transportation Safety, Operations, and compliance requirements. This employee will develop a strategic and tactical plan to develop, train and retain Bus Drivers and Bus Aides. This employee will be innovative in growing the business aggressively and profitably. This employee will be attentive to DOT and FMCSA compliance for SBI Yellow and Motorcoach. This employee will assist SBI Charter Operations Manager in account growth and profitability objectives.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business or Transportation and/or 5 years of experience in the trasporation industry.
Ability to understand and implement P&L, cost control and revenue generation
